I was wondering what your experience of using Autodoc was. I ordered a part on Sunday and still waiting for it to be processed. How long does delivery usually take? Thanks

It usually takes up to a week for the parts to arrive, but they have never let me down in the 7 years I have been using them.

Autodoc are not the fastest, but remember you are dealing with a company in Germany, not the UK, and they are very busy.
Their tracking (or the couriers) system is not to be relied on, though. I checked a delivery once and it said it was still in Mainland Europe. Just as I was checking there was a knock on the door; it was my parts!
They are still very very good IME and timescales have got better over the past few years. I waited three weeks once for a set of brake discs!

Many thanks for taking the time to reply. I have never used Autodoc before and just wanted to hear of anyone’s experience. Thanks again Jim

Well, it just happens that I bought some parts a few weeks back and guess what EVRI has lost it (probably stolen again like most of their supposedly misplaced packages). Now getting in touch with AutoDoc is a real PITA. The contact number you can find for the UK is an AI assistant and when i give it me reference number it keeps on incorrectly reading it (even when typed in) so I've had so send an email confirming EVRI has lost the parcel. That was 2 days ago and so far, zero response from them ...

I had an issue with my autodoc order recently, they sent 2 bushings instead of 4. I sent a message detailing what happened to this email: info@autodoc.de . And they resolved it pretty quickly. Hopefully that helps you.

From my experience, Autodoc can be a bit slow to process orders. It’s normal for dispatch to take a few days, and delivery usually takes about a week, sometimes longer. They’re fine price-wise, just not the fastest.

Thankfully, I have had only positive experiences with Autodoc. I have made 3 orders in total and 2 were particularly large (15+ items) and all were correct. Yes the delivery is 5-10 days to Uk but the prices are great so I don't mind waiting a bit

I needed to return some parts a while ago and was not looking forward to the process, as I heard it was difficult (and I didn't pay the extra for the no hassle returns thing).
It was hard to find but I found a telephone number on the net for them. I think the call centre was in Holland? They were very helpful once I got hold of them and they emailed me returns paperwork instantly. IIRC they also credited my card before I sent the stuff back.

Had no problems with Autodoc, but evri are a different matter!! They're likely to leave any parcel anywhere.

Their "shrinkage" rate (actually mean stolen by employees) is well known in the industry. Still nothing back from Autodoc more than 48 hours later ....

Thought I would give you an update. Parts were ordered on Sunday and delivered late afternoon today. Happy enough with the outcome and timescale. Thanks

IMHO avoid at all cost, wait for ever for delivery and then the wrong parts arrive. Rather pay a bit more and get the parts I need on time.
