Hi and welcome from in Scotland .

One way to sort thi would be aquire a lock set with the ews and modules as required for your specific model .

Something like this
Picture of a set for a 2.0 on ebay.

That gets you all the locks the replacement keys and ews module with correct coding for the transponder chips within the key.
Wouldn't be a ridiculous amount of work to do .
As a ball park that 2.0 set is for sale for £250
